We had a mixed experience at the hotel. While it was spacious and we enjoyed the jacuzzi and HBO channels, there were some drawbacks, like the overwhelming smell in the smoking room and the misleading name regarding spa facilities. We found it to be reasonably priced for the amenities we used, but other aspects could use some improvement.

My stay at Sunburst was surprisingly positive with large, clean rooms and a comfortable atmosphere. The free internet was excellent, and the breakfast was quite basic but satisfactory. However, I was frustrated by the extra charge for my family when booking online, and the bathroom facilities needed improvement. Overall, good value for money, but there are definitely areas for enhancement.
